Please give 48 hours notice to cancel/reschedule to avoid being charged the full cost of your grooming appointment.

A no call/no show or same-day cancellation will be charged the full amount of the service.

Should you run late to your grooming appointment, you will be given a 15 minute grace period.​

DOGUE reserves the right to charge $1.00 per minute after the first 15 minutes up to 30 minutes.​

After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full price of your service.We are kennel-free upon request.
