Please give 48 hours notice to cancel/reschedule to avoid being charged the full cost of your grooming appointment. A no call/no show will be charged the full amount of the appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged the full amount of the service.Should you run late to your grooming appointment, you will be given a 15 minute grace period. DOGUE reserves the right to charge $1.00 per minute after the first 15 minutes up to 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full price of your service.
